Rpm Co and David Jernigan and Shannon Jernigan managing partner finally delivered the trailer but they made me drive 300 miles to get it and I had to pay 300 dollars more than our agreed upon cost. The trailer was not what I Ordered and the title was faulty. I think this guy pulls titles from random old trailers and sends them to people. The trailer is flimsy. His own delivery man told me that this guy is shady and that he is having money problems and that he is robbing peter to pay paul. The last two days this guy has threatended me and my family thru emails. All of this is going to be forwarded to the attorney general in florida. This is the worst experience of my life as it relates to purchasing equipment.
I am local to Dave's location about 100 miles away...so I purchased a trailer from his company a few years ago and it was a great custom made trailer at a great price. After working it for many many miles, I sold it and want to have his company built me another.
Bought our trailer about 6 years ago and very happy with it. We had it customized with a side gate as well as back ramps, and it was perfect for what we needed. Would defiantly recommend this company.
Unfortunately the price increased significantly and slightly out of my budget. So I decided to go with another builder Husky Cargo where I purchased a trailer last year...this year I ordered and payed a deposit for another and I was scammed by this rather large trailer builder out of GA after they moved to FL. I did get my deposit back from PayPal..but how crazy is it that when these companies start on hard times like lots of their customers..they resort to scamming those same ppl out of their hard earned cash just to finance their own short comings. ..NOW THAT'S A SHAME..
So what did I do...? I called Dave who is a LOCAL and not going anywhere...and he sold me another trailer...I was happy with the price...and off on the road same day into the sunset with another RPM trailer.
